RETURN POLICY

In order for us to offer you the very best deal we must keep our cost down because of this Returns will be accepted ONLY if the item has been misrepresented in the description or pictures. We must be notified within 14 days of your receipt of the package to accept a return. Returns will ONLY be accepted with an approved RETURN AUTHORIZATION number; please email us to have an RA number assigned to you. Items received without an RA number may be refused or subject to a $25 handling fee. Unless other arrangements are made in advance, the buyer will pay for return shipping and insurance. Item must be repacked the same way it was received so there is no damage in shipping. Under certain circumstances returns may be approved for exchange or refund, however in that case there is a 15% restocking fee that will be deducted from the cost of the item once item is received is the same condition it was sold and there is no refund on shipping costs.
